Delivery and Return

Shipping

We ship worldwide.

All orders received during business hours from Monday to Friday will be processed for shipment within 10 working days. If an item has been ordered from our summer sale, a delivery timeline will be emailed to you after ordering as the timeline will be dependant upon whether the item is in Kenya or the UK.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk folder before contacting us. Should there be any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email.

For local shipping within the UK, we use Royal Mail. Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email.

For local shipping within Kenya, we use Wells Fargo shipping services – however delivery within Kenya will be stock level dependant.

For international shipping, we use DHL. Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email. Please note, custom fees may apply.

All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure someone will be available to sign for the delivery between 9 am and 6 pm, or provide a business address.

We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies. Orders to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation.

We charge approximately £10 for UK shipping, $30 for worldwide shipping, $5 for deliveries within Nairobi and $10 for shipping throughout the rest of Kenya.       

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason your purchase isn't quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order, items returned outside of this period may not be accepted.

To receive the cash refund please ensure the garment is in the same condition as you received it, with the tags on. On receipt the return will go through a quality check before we process the refund.

Safarahh is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a tracked signed for delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

In order to make a return please email us at priyanka@safarahh.com, we will ask you to fill in a returns form which you can package up with the garment. The customer must pay for any shipping fees, taxes and duties applicable.

Processing your return can take up to 14 days, and if the return is accepted the refund will reach your account within 10 working days.

Changes To Your Order

If you require any changes to your order, including a change of delivery address and/or item sizing, please contact us on priyanka@safarahh.com as soon as possible so all changes can be made ahead of shipping.

If your order has already been processed, we accept no responsibility for the incorrect details entered at checkout. However, our returns process is available for changing incorrect items.

Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. We reserve the right to cancel any order after purchase.

Transaction processing is based in the UK. If you are using an international payment method, your bank may apply international transaction fees.
